Ok, I've been promising an update for a while, so here's the grad update. That's right. I am now an official graduate of the Art Center College of Design, yaddayaddayadda. I busted my butt, I made a wall, and I got a job. Now begins my lifelong journey to ruling the animation world while simultaneously being a outdoorsy bum living out of my car. ... It'll be an interesting next couple of years anyways.
SO. Art. This was the totality of my wall. For my story, I took the ballet Swan Lake, tweaked it so that it was more character-driven and less boring, then set the whole shebang in ancient Mughal India. The main characters are as follows: Vanhi, the flirtatious princess. Sitara, her shy handmaiden. Dyanesh, a noble prince from a neighboring empire. and a demon who inhabits the body of a young courtier named Kuber. I painted 6 keyscenes and 4 characters. I already want to redo most of it.
